I don't know about their availability in Israel, but here in the United States I've had good luck with Asus+AMD+Linux. It sounds like regardless of any onboard video on the mobo, you'll be buying a separate video card. Here in Orlando Florida, I can buy a good, 4 RAM slot AMD mobo for $79US dollars, an Athlon dual core 64bit for about $70, and 4GB of fast RAM for about $70.
