IMHO a good idea for future projects, but not yet. If you go to the manufacturer's web site you have to follow links to find someone selling them, and they are month behind in filling orders. You also have to order them from outside of Israel, which would delay things and add to the cost.
Since I am not a native, I don't know if it needs any kind of regulatory approval because it plugs into the wall. I assume if you brought in one or two in the mail or your luggage it would not, but if you tried to bring in a dozen and someone in meches wanted paperwork, would it need any? If so what?
