Me.

I'm subscribed to my local area linux group list outside Israel but
generally learned to expect much better answers from linux-il on more
highly-technical questions (as opposed to, e.g., questions related to
specific hardware and connecting to local mobile providers).

Another point obscurely related is that I also noticed that when I
google about windows-related questions (I haven't managed to
completely eradicate the pests from my workplace network, but getting
there) petri.co.il comes close to the top many times.
