not evil, not silly, just quixotic, and self-defeating (you WILL have to
resend it).

RTF is sorta-kinda mid-way between de-facto and de-jure standrd. not as
proprietary as DOC, but not as esoteric (and unrecognized by gov't) as
ODT.

One day maybe, soon I hope, but not yet.
