Somehow, writing the keymaps in English, looses all the mnemonics
that help remember these shortcuts, so altough this list is English
I'll divert and do a Hebrew listing.
All the keys are in Hebrew/lyx mode with Shift pressed, I used underscores
to emphasize letters which are obvious mnemonics:

וַ - _פתח
וֹ - ח_ולם
וּ - שו_רוק
וָ - _קמץ
וִ - _חיריק
שׁ - ש_ין
שׂ -
בּ - _דגש
שְ - _שווא
צֵ - _צרה
מֳ -
נֲ -
הֱ -
בֻ - קו_בוץ
סֶ - _סגול
That's how I remember most of these.
