* B.A / BSc in Software engineering or electrical engineering.
* Very good human skills.
* The job requires working individually, programming, debugging and
integration responsibilities, as well as working in a team
environment.

* Fluent English speaker.
* Knowledge of one or more of the following OSs: VxWorks, PSOS, Embedded Linux.
* Experience with developing in Windows networking.
* Very good understanding of hardware and embedded platforms.
* Routing / Bridging protocols knowledge
* Proven experience in a Gigabit Ethernet switching product development

Job description:
* Senior software developer for Voltaire's Professional Services
development group.
* Responsible for design, development and implementation of
professional services projects focused on new application transport
design using Grid architecture.
* The job requires self learning, programming, debugging and
integration as part of a team.
* Willingness to work on customer sites.

Requirements:
* Experience in networking protocols and protocol development
* Experience in RT networking programming
* Highly technical understanding and skills – specification, design,
programming, integration and debugging abilities

* Education of first degree in Software engineering or electrical engineering.

* 2 or more years experience as a Windows system administrator at
hi-tech company.
* Experience supporting end users in the organization.
* Experience working with WIN 2003, Exchange, Active Directory,IIS,
WIN XP, Office, Anti Virus and backup Software.
* Experience with script writing for LINUX systems (such as BASH)
* Experience in supporting  LINUX Environments (Debian, SUSE, Red Hat)- A Must!
* A good understanding and experience in desk computers, servers, and
laptops hardware.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
* Good customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
* Experience as a LINUX desktop user- advantage.
* Broad knowledge and experience with TCP/IP
* Experience working with Data Bases (MSSQL, MYSQL) - advantage
* Experience with networks of 30+ computers and 5-10 servers
* Experience working with Blackberry- advantage.
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
