Hi everybody,

I decided to do something to improve the Hebrew translation state
in Fedora. I hope you'll like the beginning of this work:
  http://fedoraproject.org/
(set the language to Hebrew if your browser does not request
   Hebrew before English).
BTW: last night after a long IRC session with one of the
site admins, we managed to make it RTL aware, which
suddenly gave a facelift to Arabic also.

There is a lot of work as can be seen here:
  http://translate.fedoraproject.org/languages/he/fedora-9
And very little would be able to make it into Fedora-9 because
I started a bit late (code freeze is already in place, and translation
freeze is two days away).

Another important thing is that I was contacted by Mark Krapivner
whom I didn't know before and he sent me his translation to
system-config-printer. Following that, I noticed an excellent
group of people doing Ubuntu Hebrew translation. When the
current rush-to-release crisis is over, I think we can do a lot
of cooperation since there are many common packages (I wasn't
aware before that some Fedora "system-config-*" apps are used
by Ubuntu).

OK, that's all for now folks, got to run.

Free software: each person contributes a brick, but ultimately each
person receives a house in return.
