I started my own list of Israeli open-source resources that aims to be as
comprehensive as possible:

http://www.shlomifish.org/open-source/resources/israel/guide-to-israeli-foss-resources/

(shortened URL: http://xrl.us/bhqx4 )

It links to this resource:

http://www.hamakor.org.il/mailing-lists/

Which is a list of Israeli mailing lists (including Linux-IL) and their
archives. This list used to be present at
http://www.iglu.org.il/mailing-lists/ but now www.iglu.org.il is completely
offline.

Regards,

        Shlomi Fish
