1.*4*.16.2 is indeed important if you had 1.4.16 or 1.4.16.1 as it has fixed the fix. Actually, that is not exactly true. Indeed there is Zaptel 1.2 and 1.4. But there are more differences between different 1.4 versions than between 1.2 and 1.4 .
