I can't answer for ALL of them, however most can. You enable the access point part and disable the router part. Most importantly turn off the DHCP server and assign a real IP address to the device. If it has an option to bridge the ethernet and wireless networks, turn it on. Plug the network into the LAN port and away you go. I've done this with D-Link, EdiMax and Apple.
