I read once at a forum about mediamax. They claimed it's good.  I
haven't checked it. If you like it, let us all know.

and have other plans with a reasonable price.

As an alternative, you can try to use 012 as isp and take a higher
upload, and set a http server on your computer. Their prices are
better than netvision and speed is always higher than what they claim.
