Correction: I was able to reproduce the problem with kernel 2.6.23 eventually (after two days of activity). I should note that I've spoken with "riel" on IRC and he told me to prepare tcpdump or Ethereal dumps of the connection before and after the problem, and send it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] .
