Asterisk Time and Date

Hi,
How can I set the Time and Date?
It seems like it doesn't recognize the correct time when using the
GotoIfTime() extension...
An example of my GotoIfTime ext:
exten => 4,2,GotoIfTime(09:00-12:00|Sun-Thur|*|*?open,4,6)

Any idea?
