Well... No intentions to start a holy-distro-war, but I think that this can be a good reason to move your server to a better distro. like CentOS5 if you're you're looking for an enterprise OS, of (k)ubuntu 7.04 if you're looking for something more dynamic. (ubuntu 6.06 LTS does not provide systemtap to the best of my knowledge) servers should provide a stable platform as well as a wide set of tools to debug and explore problems, and as I see it mandriva fails to do so at the moment.
