There's a Telux meeting on March 11 - emacs (Tel Aviv, about 40-50 minutes drive from Jerusalem). There's a Haifux meeting on March 12 - The fundamentals of RSA (that's in Haifa, about an hour and a half drive from Jerusalem). The Jerusalem Linux Club's site is at http://www.jlc.org.il/, but I don't think they have anything planned for the time frame you are talking about. The Tapuz linux forum (http://www.tapuz.co.il/tapuzforum/main/forumpage.asp?forum=236) occasionally has meetings.
