I'm looking for more.
I'm looking for the way to edit the "hidden" partition inside the ISO. It's
not something that I can just loopback mount.

if what you're trying is to "mount" an image, no matter which FS it has,
use: mount -o loop -t FS /path/to/the/file.iso /mountpoint

regarding to how to create a boot-able ISO image, man mkisofs
