Opera 8 used to have very good integration with KDE applications - you
could set it as the default handler for HTML, and it would execute
kfmclient for content-types it didn't recognize, which would
transparently pass whatever you downloaded to the correct application.
The only thing they could have done better regarding KDE integration was
to load KParts, but I don't really expect them to do that :-)

Opera 9 on my current system is not running kfmclient, but I'm using it
on a GNOME desktop so that might be the case.
