This is clear way to start an endless thread to different & unrelated issues like what is the real meaning EULA of IE / WIN. I am not a lawyer, but IMHO, the antitrust means something totally different. Beofre someone will think - please, there is no need to bother a lawyer with that one. It can remain an open issue.
As I see it - the question is simple - if there is a legal base that on-line services as paying should be allowed thru public standard/open/free tools or not. Since one can pay it not on-line, I am not sure that it is a problem at all (even though I find it bad).
