Then kindly explain all of those Windows OCO drivers that people run. For
example, WiFi cards. Or the device drivers for those USB "Skype" phones
distributed by an Israeli company.

Also note, he says he is not a lawyer, and to his knowledge no lawyer will
PUBLICLY agree to what he says. He claims that a lawyer in confidence will
support his position, but that's a empty claim, it simply can not be
proven.

In fact one could show several examples of where the GPL was ignored or
flaunted. As I keep saying, one company did it and effectively no one cares.
A few people on the project quit, but the source code is still being enhanced
by the same people, who receive no compensation of their work, while the
company that sold the source code made around US $10,000,000 last year.

People on this list still use the product, sell their services to support it,
and buy and sell their hardware.
