It's good consumership and I hope it'll work.

Just one possibly niggling problem I see in this is something called
"profit margines"
of the ISP's. I don't know the numbers but I suspect that NetVision
startted targetting
heavy users not just because they feel like it but also because they
startted to feel
the load on their profits, and so are the other ISP's - so consumer
back-clash or not,
they might eventually all not have a choice but do this.
