It depends what you're trying to do, and for which application. Aspell, for example, already can spell-check all three languages (its Hebrew dictionary is built from Hspell's data), but only one language at a time. OpenOffice can also spell-check the three languages (again, using Hspell's data), and if you want to spell-check a mixed document, OpenOffice will need to know for each word its *language*. For Hebrew/English, it's easy, because these languages have different characters, so Hebrew/English spell-checking works "out of the box" (if you just install the Hebrew dictionary, or the openoffice.org-langpack-he_IL RPM in Fedora Core 4 and above). With Spanish and English mixed, you'll need to work harder because OpenOffice cannot just guess if the word "mundo" is an English mispelling or a Spanish correct word. You'll need to tell it which language each word (or paragraph, or entire document) is in. I'm not sure about the exact procedure - you'll need to find it out for yourself. Hspell also includes a utility "multispell", which can be used to spell-check mixed Hebrew/English text; Any application that runs "ispell -a" can run "multispell -a" instead and get mixed Hebrew/English spell-checking.
