I tried doing the following: dump ivritex into "c:\localtexmf", them
through miktex options I used refresh. It didn't work.
Is that what you did? did you try it in Lyx?
I'm getting:

for rdavid 480 and 600dpi when trying to view a simple "shalom" document
in lyx.
