No. I mean the spam filter that Ely installed server-side on cs.huji.ac.il. I 
only sometimes help in passing through messages that it erronously marks as 
spam.

I didn't do that. I gave Meir an advice regarding proper netiquette. Meir did 
not quote any of the original message, and his message was not wordy enough. 
So he was not following proper netiquette.

My personal spam filter, which I use at home, works perfectly fine as far as I 
know.
