Attempts by your truly to offer a lecture (for the tech track, not the "buy my product, I am cute!" track) about Linux in Bioinformatics failed (or - rather - stalled) for the simple reason that P&C said - "you wanna talk, pay NIS 14k" (which I am not about to do ;-)... It seems that the GL2k5 will be staffed (or stuffed, whichever you prefer) with corpo-sponsors (which is OK) but lack a tech track altogether.
