  They of course didn't promise you that you will be able to get a deal in
the price you would like.  However, about 90% percents of the users are
able to get competitive offers.

  Note that absolutely most of the potential customers don't even know
what is a traffic, let alone "GB".  Also note that not like some other
ISPs, we are revealing our prices in advance, in a written agreement
with the customer, which says for which period of time the initial price
applies and what will be the price afterward.  We indeed don't detail
there our discount policy (like: "please note that if you threatens to
leave us, we will be willing to give you this xxx low price, depending on
A B and C").

  As I said in the previous letters, the percentage of users to which
we are not able to offer a competitive price is relatively small.
It will become even smaller after we finish the current project of having
a breakdown of the per-user traffic to local, Israeli and international.

  I can assure you that about 99% of the users will not even understand
the words "high bandwidth users" (and most of them don't even have
any need to understand).  Users who pay monthly get the price (in
write!) for the initial months and the period after them, without any
promise that we will reduce it to *their* desired price (we only say
the user will be able to call us to get a new price) and, as any other
company, we keep the right to decide which discount we can give then
(or at any time), and in which conditions (which vary).  Users who pay
yearly get a new deal every year, when the maximum price is revealed in
our Web site.
