I'll take the "devil's advocate" position here. About a month ago
we had a discussion on this list focusing on the low market salaries
for Linux people in Israel.

My guess is that he's hoping to find someone who supports and or uses
Linux and open software, while wanting the higher salaries that Microsoft
technology programers get paid to support their expensive habits (such as
a family). :-)
