Sure,

I used

"bootsplash-3.1.4-2.6.11.diff" from http://www.bootsplash.de/, The code is
borked and does not compile. The fix (for compilation at least) is too
trivial, just sit in front of our PC and you will see.

"software-suspend-2.1.8.9-for-2.6.11.tar.bz2" from the SWSUSP2 site.

The SWSUSP2 patch is working quite good. However I did not manager to get a
bootsplash working. I installed the bootsplash deb from
http://www.bootsplash.de/files/debian/pool/main/b/bootsplash/bootsplash_3.1-9_i386.deb

I found that the new version has a user space suport:

CONFIG_SUSPEND2_USERSPACE_UI:
This option enables support for a userspace program to display the user
interface.

I could not find more information about this. I tought that the support is
splashy (in debian experimental, you can install that package on testing and
it works quite well). SWSUSP2 does not support this one.
