OK.

Right.

Hey, I'm a Perl hacker and I still think some scripts are better written in
bash/zsh/ksh, and not in Perl/Python/Ruby/etc.

OK.

Right. I hope that if we have more and more meetings, people will participate.

Hmmmm.... you mean there are other Zopers in Israel besides Moshe Zadka. :-)
(Just kidding). It's just that I had a relatively bad experience with Zope
and Squishdot in the past at eskimo and we've sworn not to depend on it
again. (Please don't reply to it).

OK. I'll use MediaWiki for now.

In any case, I'd like to create the static HTML site with Latemp
(http://web-cpan.berlios.de/latemp/) which is a CMS based on Web Meta
Language and some CPAN modules I or other have written. I suppose that
converting the site to Python won't be too hard once someone writes the
appropriate logic (templates, navigation menus, etc.) in Python. But I'm used
to Latemp, and that's what I'll use. Afterwards, one can write a Python or
whatever script to convert everything to the new framework.
