Hi there. I'm running a bioinformatics server with RH 9.0 on a dual-xeon machine with a mobo intel 7505 motherboard on 2 GB RAM. mysql refuses to use both CPUs at once for any given process, and even if I run 2 mysql queries at once, both are run on the same CPU. I've googled for this and couldn't find any relevant response regarding why and how to fix this single X dual CPU issue for mysql ?
Additional info: mysql version 3.23.58-1.9 kernel version 2.4.20-31.9smp Thanks in advance, Miki Lewinger Ben-Gurion University ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
