It's not a great soultion, but Konqueror (at least the one in FC3) works reasonably well with the regular site. In order to use the site, I need to change the charset from automatic-detection->semi-automatic to automatic-detection->hebrew (is there a way to make it the default?). And sometime to select printout view (תדפיס) instead of table view (טבלה). -- Matan Ziv-Av.
