Why would they they change if you already have left them? Are you promising to "go back" if they fix their site? If not, they have no reason at all to fix their site. In fact they would be better off spending the money on something that would attract I.E. users, such as a web vacation giveaway than on supporting users they no longer have and are not going to get.
