As well it should. It's gathered more activity than this list has had in
a long time. :-)

I appologize for any misunderstanding my original email caused. I looked at
it in its entirety, but what I saw was:

1. A description of an almost impossible job. 100 computers and servers
1 engineer no mention of being part of a team.

2. A salary that would have been half time in the "boom" and still is very
   low for the experience required.

3. A statement that they recived many replies from unqualfied people, but
   none from anyone qualified.

I tried to answer it on the basis of what I saw, using my experince and
expertise and some examples of what has happened to me. It was not meant
as a personal or professional attack,

Some of you on the list have more information than I do, to you it seems
like it's a good job at a fair salary. If that's the case, why not help
the people on this list who are looking for jobs, or who are or will
be looking for employees, or are about to bet their life savings (and
their families and friends, etc) on a startup, why you would take or
are not taking the job.

It would also help if the person who did the original posting, amplified
it. They don't have to name the company, but not doing so often implies
they are a "headhunter" and not a real company with a real job.

Geoff.
