program descrition in the  EPG works fine with hebrew, but the hebrew in 
the OSD is reversed, and also the channel names in the EPG in hebrew.
also, one can search for programs starting with 'A'..'Z' but not with 
hebrew letters.

and i tried with utf8,8859-8i ,8859-8 wnd windows 1255 encoding. the 
outcome is the same

I don't have a need for a Hebrew interface what-so-ever. As for "Hebrew 
enabled", AFAIK mythtv *is* Hebrew enabled (can show Hebrew words such as 
movie names, etc)
