There is no routing problem on what you posted, but it will helpful if you write what was each route.
Each ISP is connected to a different back bone and that is why you see different routes to the same ip. On hop 20 you see a back resolving name ( mailbox...) , this also doesn't mean anything and is not a routing issue BTW It doesn't answer port 25 and even if it did it doesn't mean it is a mail server, it could be a router forwarding all port 25 connection to a mail server. What is the problematic server ? 64.239.45.66 ? To what port this server is supposed to answer ?
