Imperva (www.imperva.com) is looking for a System administrator.

The company and Quality assurance lab network infrastructure is a
mixture of Windows-2000 based and Linux based servers. The company R&D
center (where the position is situated) is located Ramat Gan, Israel.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

* Plan, install, upgrade and maintain the company computing
infrastructure, including physical cabling, routing, security, desktops
and desktop software, servers and infrastructure applications.
* Plan and upgrade Quality assurance lab, deploy testing environments
and maintain them. 
* Advise and assist the QA and development teams in the topic of Linux
development, hardware, networking and security.
* Represent the company in front of vendors and suppliers and negotiate
equipment purchases.
* Assist the QA team in performing tests where systems expertise is
required.

The following skill set and experience is required for the job:

* 2-3 Years experience in managing heterogeneous Windows/Linux networks.
* Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows 2000 systems.
* Experience in Layer 2 networking, network security, routing and
firewalling.
* Database experience - an advantage.
* QA experience - an advantage
* Solaris or AIX experience - an advantage.

(This really is a 50/50 linux-windows job. It's not a
"we-have-one-linux-server-so-we-need-linux-knowledge" type of job)
