Version 1.0.1 is old and will not work on the latest Thunderbird release (1.0).

The project has updated homepage:
   http://moztraybiff.mozdev.org/releases.html

The direct link to the latest XPI version for Mozilla Thunderbird 1.0 is:

http://downloads.mozdev.org/moztraybiff/mozTrayBiff-1.0.7-i486-linux-tb1.0.xpi

I suggest to remove the extension and re-install it.

Hej!

I downloaded the xpi from :

http://iglu.org.il/~future/mozFreeDesktopIntegration-1.0.1.xpi

I went to the thunderbird, Tools -> extensions -> install, and chose the XPI to install.

I got a success notification. Then it tells me to restaart thunderbird. I do it, and i get NO notification icon when i get new mail.

(i even tried to run thunderbird as root, and make the installation in the root, but it makes no diference....., unless the extensions they can only be installed as root, and can only b used in the user that made the installation - which would b a little pointless, anyway...)

I use fedora core 2, KDE. I dont know if it is a problem in my system, or if i did the installation in the wrong way..., or if i have to configure some stuff in my KDE....

Thanks!
