Lior,

What follows is my personal opinion - other list members are free to
disregard it.

Linux-IL has always been a technical-oriented mailing list. The fact
that it tolerates Linux-related job offers and an occasional "I am in
the job market" post does not mean that it is in the "Linux job
market" business. While the list is a useful "professional networking"
tool, it is merely a side effect, and Linux-IL does not exist to help
members find jobs or to help clients find consultants. There are
several members of long standing and high regard who run consulting
businesses, and they have never advertised their services on this list.

Therefore, both items above are not a core activity of Linux-IL. If
you'd like to start a Linux-Jobs-IL mailing list and connect it to
LinkedIn or whatever, by all means go ahead. Just let's keep it
separate from Linux-IL. Judging by what I bothered to read on this
list, anything related to LinkedIn is totally off-topic here (IMHO),
with the possible exception of an announcement that a Linux-Jobs-IL
list has been created.
