How do they do it in the more civilized parts ? Yes they are, altough the channel selection is limited, and in the analog case you don't need a special DVB card (mostly as a DVB is used to get digital broadcasts) but a simple tuner card with a frame grabber that you can grab at your local computer bargain bin for something like 100NIS. -- Oded ::..
