Well, I tried installing it. The installation got stuck right towards the end, 
and when I cancelled it, it grabbed the keyboard focus, and did not return 
it, until I gave up and rebooted the computer. I think it's now installed 
in /opt/upspilot, but I did not invoke it yet. 

In any case, I'd rather avoid having to use such a program.
