Hi Today I got my cable connection working, but unfortunatly I'm having problems connecting through linux. I have a terayon tj715 modem, connected through ethernet to my pc. I get an ip address from it's dhcp server, and I can use pptp to connect to the technion's pptp server. I even get an ip from the technion, assigned to ppp0. the problem is that at this point, I can't use the connection at all, and that after about 1 minute, it just disconnects. windows works fine. using it's builtin pptp dialer.
I'm using debian sid (not so updated, since I haven't had an internet connection in two weeks), with kernel 2.6.8. I've attached the logs.
