Hi Kfir,
Assuming you are acquainted with the perl scripting language, use the Mail::Folder::Mbox and Time::ParseDate modules to work on your mbox-format file.
The Mail::Folder::Mbox module will help you to manipulate (read, delete etc) the file. The Time::ParseDate module will help you to extract the message's date.
