If you didn't burn the OpenCD yet, you should have a look at GnuWin II.
It is a similar type of collection but the assortment of programs
seems richer and more interesting.

Also, since people are more reluctant to try a new OS, CDs with the
Hebrew version of Open Office and Firefox (for Windows) in addition to
the book (or printed version of the Penguin article -
http://penguin.org.il/guides/OO-Immigration/) might have good
response.
