As for the other bugs - you are right, but with the above-mentioned addition it's very
useable for me with Hebrew, maybe even better than Outlook.

Mozilla doesn't have proper alignment control, and has buggy bidi cursor movement and rendering (there are several bugs filed on this). Evolution is even more bidi-broken. Anything else?
