Lingnu Open Source Consulting Ltd. is looking for a Linux knowledgeable system administrator. Job requirements:
1. Thorough understanding of the Linux operating system.
2. Auto deduction and "ideas person"
3. Self disciplined and reliable person
4. Good human relations, open to receiving knowledge, and for sharing his/her own.
5. A Linux enthusiastic (I know, it's this list, but still). Running Linux on his/her own desktop.
Extra points for:
1. Participating in any way in a free software project (mailing list archives pointers welcome, the older the better). This includes QA, writing documentation or user support.
2. Good knowledge of the Debian system, and the Debian social contract.
3. Good knowledge of the RedHat system (there is no RedHat social contract :-)
4. Programming knowledge in C, C++, or one of the scripted languages (born shell, perl, PHP etc.).
The job is a full time position, mostly at Lingnu's clients offices. This position is NOT open for subcontractors. Any approaches from subcontractors will be publicly ridiculed.

Lingnu is a small privately held company. Our main line of business is in providing consulting and support for clients wishing to utilize free software for their needs. Our offices reside in Givataim, but the actual work will be partly telecommuting, and partly at our client's offices. Lingnu was founded by yours truly, who is also CEO.
