Well, I am using an Epia-based firewall (which ran fine on a 64MB flash card until it kind of got tired (the card).
Now it has a hard disk, mainly because I am too lazy to buy a new flash card.
But it should work.
As for the HP boxen you list above - they're NOT cheap ;-). Crusoe....
