I have the STLabs one and it works.

I didn't do much with it under linux, but I did manage to grab some basic info from my cell. I didn't use it long enough to know if there are any problems with it (the cell application wasn't mature enough, I'm pretty sure it was only some command line dump utility).

Hi,

Any idea where I can get a Linux-supported IrDA USB adapter in Israel?
Specifically, will the ST Lab USB-IrDA adapters
(http://www.st-lab.com/USBIRDA.html, ~130NIS) work?

Alternatively, any idea where I can find the thingy which connects to
motherboard IrDA headers, and whether these tend to work with Linux?
(I think they appear as a standard serial port.)
