Thanks a lot. I am pretty surprized that "There are many ways". There is,
usually one recommended "debian way" . As a matter a fact, I had already
edited the /etc/networks file when I wrote this message, but, not finding
a dedicated way to do it, surprized me (ad in the past I have been
scolded for not using the debian way..).
