The answer, as far as I know, is that there is a principal agreementthe second question does anyone(Shachar?:) know what happened in the end with the kneset commity for making public site standard and use openoffice or pdf for documents?
that this should be done. It may be done the next time that the comitee
meets.
When is that? Is there someone to complain to if some goverment site doesn't work like it should?
It can only be decided for governmental sites.did it pass?is it only for goverment sites or for other public sites?like bituach leumi for example?
Well that already a very big achivement:)
You guys did hell of a job:)
It was Gilad's work, mostly.
I think it might be also applied to things like bituach leumi. (they are under goverment supervision after all). I know that in USA there was a sue for making web sites w3c cause of equality for disable people. do we have a law like that in israel as well? maybe it can be used here for places like koput holim and banks.
