How about mapping the Bookmark file to a location on the Local Network?

This way you'll be able to access it from whatever browser on the
Network.

Do you need only access to it fro different computers/platforms/browsers
or does it have to be publicly accessable?

You could write a script to export it to XML and have it run as a ticker
on the bottom of your site...

Just a few ideas ;-)
