The problem is that when installing mandrake 9.2 without any aditional drivers, I get the following message: "I can't read partition table device hde. It's too corrupted for me ;(. I can try to go on erasing all bad partitions (ALL DATA will be lost). The other solution is to not allow DrakX to modify the partition table (the error is extended partition: bad magic number on disk hde). Do you agree to lose all those partitions?" Naturaly, I did not agree to lose all my partitions, so I answered "no" and went to the following stages, but... in the partitioning screen, all DrakX saw was two empty unalocated disks (hde and hdg). I have 3 linux partitions, one linux swap and one ntfs partition on the system, so I don't want to go any further. Do you have any idea how the problem can be solved?
